This is on top of the three types of energy expenditure you have in your Daily Calorie Burn, every day:

  • Base Metabolic Rate: The energy used to maintain your bodily systems.
  • Thermic effect of diet: Energy used to eat, digest and store the energy of the food.
  • General day to day activity: The energy used by your skeletal muscles as you do your daily tasks.

In the AdLife System we call the energy you expend in your Cardio (aerobic) activity your AdLife Calorie Burn.

It is the calories you expend specifically when you are exercising at a Cardio (aerobic) level that will have a Training Effect i.e. you will experience improvements as the result of the exercise.

Your AdLife Software calculates your AdLife Calorie Burn for each Cardio session.

If you choose a weight loss goal the AdLife system provides you with an instant picture of your average AdLife Calorie Burn versus your Weight Loss Goal.
