As a sportsman I competed for 16 years from age group through to 2 Olympic Games.

My experience includes Olympic Silver medalist and 4 times finalist, Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, World Championship 4 time finalist, World Record Holder. I have worked with some of the best coaches in the world.

Our Exercise Physiology team includes John Williams who with a PhD in Sport Science stays up to date with the cutting edge of training methods through his world wide contacts.

AdLife Sport Workouts

Through our experience and skill base we specialise in the development of AdLife Sports Workouts.

This involves sport specific resistance workouts and supplementary cardio.

The consequnce of these conditioning tools will complement your sports performance by providing an enhanced platform upon which to base your skill development. Additionally these workouts will enhance your sports performance, recovery and injury prevention.

We also provide periodisation charts which provide templates on how to break up your year into specific training development phases for targeted performance periods or events.

Once a member of Life Advantage you will have access to our experience and guidance that will complement your sport specific training.

Sport Nutrition

In the modern sport era there have been 2 fundamental advancements at the elite level.

The first is more specific training methods. Over recent times, compared to the past, this has meant less volume in workouts and more specificity focused on training the athletes for their specific events. This has resulted in better performance.

The second has been in Sports Nutrition. At the elite level this has created a better platform from which to address training, training recovery, competition and competition recovery. This has resulted in better performance.

From the very start of an athlete’s sports career right through to elite competition levels there is a great deal of time spent training and competing. This is so the athlete can compete to the best of their ability.

Proper nutrition which is focused to enhance this time spent training and competing is often overlooked. This really does not make sense.
