Our body consumes energy (calories) in 3 ways.
- Basic systems operation: All the functions that allow us to live, like digesting food, breathing, brain function, muscle maintenance, etc
- Daily Activities: The day to day activities like working, going to school, house cleaning and relaxation activities like a slow walk.
- Exercise Activities: Activities that are done with a level of energy output that has a "training" effect from one session to the next. This is where fitness improvement comes from.
Exercise Energy OUT
Your AdLife Calorie burn is recorded within the AdLife Software for each Activity Session
This calorie burn estimate is specific to you taking into account your weight, gender and energy expended based on your AdLife A & B Points.
The Software then provides by each workout a personal estimate of the equivalent energy consumed versus the energy contained in body fat.
These measures add to your perspective in how the Energy IN and OUT equation functions for you personally, as our genetics potentially differ in the way these equations operate.
Basal Metabolic rate
Your previous and current activity profile provides an insight into the rate at which your body consumes calories for Basic Systems operation and Daily activities.
By focusing on specific benefits you can increase your body's rate at which it uses energy, 24 hours a day, just not during exercise periods.
We will examine this within your Member Profile and make recommendations.
Multi Level Feedback
The AdLife Software provides valuable feedback which interacts with your current weight and weight goals, your energy OUT and energy IN.
By reviewing your Exercise Activity energy OUT specifically you can manage and monitor your activity level in relation to your life fitness and health goals.
