It should be easy and enjoyable as its fundamental to our wellbeing.

Healthy Eating
Healthy eating and regular physical activity, are the must haves for life fitness and health as recommended by Heart, Diabetes and Cancer groups.
But what is healthy eating anyway?
Healthy eating is more than just vitamins, minerals and energy, it’s more than just what you eat.
Healthy eating starts with planning and shopping and it includes cooking.
Healthy eating is also about how often you eat, there’s no point having one great meal a day and starving or ignoring your hunger for the rest of the day.
Healthy eating includes your drinks too.
Healthy eating isn’t about being perfect, it’s having a healthy balance of everyday foods and sometimes foods.
That’s right, an occasional well earned, thoroughly enjoyed (no guilt attached) treat is a must!
It’s getting the balance right that counts.
